 After knowing her and her family for years we asked her to help us sell our house…we had so much stuff we had to sort thru and she was just incredible guiding us to companies that could help us deal with the things we wanted to sell, donate,trash or store…We both are handicapped and could not lift heavy things..but Jamie got us the “muscle” we needed not to mention the peace of mind we were able to have as we navigated the “pathway” to our new “castle”…She was patient with our many questions and we are so glad she was our guide thru the whole process! From the moment I met Jamie, I knew she would be a great Realtor. Let me preface this by saying, this is my third real estate transaction in the last 10 years, so I have much to compare it to. From the time we started searching, she was very understanding and calm about showing me listings. She made me feel like there was no pressure to seeing or purchasing something. We all know Realtors make money on transactions, and sometimes they can be pushy, but not Jamie. She would always say,"I want you to be absolutely comfortable and sure about this decision".

Once in contract, I have never had an experience with a Realtor where they proactively researched and answered small questions for me. This may not seem like a big deal, but reaching out to the Condo Management, Title company, Seller's agent, and even a contractor to get information was something she would do. When the title company's representative did not respond directly to my questions, she would call them, call their other agents and even speak to other's regarding the information we were seeking to make sure I was comfortable. She would do all of this without me ever having to tell or ask her to. This kind of initiative and caring is something that I have never experienced with a Realtor before. She was always on top of everything and so easy to get a hold of during the process.

After closing my transaction, she still consistently follows up with me. She wants to know how things are going, and even stopped by to see everything moved in. I feel like she truly cares and wants to be a part of our new life in our new home. She has even brought us two house warming gifts and purchased our home warranty for us. Jamie made this feel like my best friend was helping me, not a business person trying to earn a living. It was just an incredible experience and I cannot think of someone I would rather see win this kind of award. She is educated, smart, tenacious, caring and a very kind person. Truly embodying the Aloha Spirit, I recommend her to everyone I meet. What a delight this process was, with Jamie to guide us through.
